Critère: Assurance responsabilité professionnelle pour les risques
Description: Candidates shall provide a proof of valid professional indemnity insurance and any relevant insurance for the performance of the supply &and the associated services. Candidates previously qualified by EDF Renouvelables on the onshore qualification system and having provided the above required documentation do not need to resubmit it UNLESS it did not covered the offshore business unit.
Critère: Autres exigences économiques ou financières
Description: Candidates shall provide the following documents: 1) Description of Corporate ownership and corporate structure. If the company is a subsidiary, the name of the parent company and ultimate parent company must be stated as well as the name of a European representative if any. The candidate shall be set up in a legal form that allows for a clear assessment of its means, organization and the sharing of responsibilities. 2) Corporate Headquarters locations and list of worldwide locations (subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, distributors) specifying the type of functionality (production, service, sales) 3) Last 3 audited financial statements on a consolidated basis in English specifying turnover, EBIT, and number of employees in total. 4) A declaration duly signed by an empowered representatives that the company neither filled or is involved in insolvency proceedings and that insolvency proceedings have not been refused for lack of assets. 5) If available, a rating of an independent rating agency, whose rating is based on relevant European standards or equivalent criteria. The contracting entity will assess the financial standing of candidates using its standard financial assessment model. This model evaluates the financial position of a company based on the detailed and audited financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cashflow statement) of the 3 last years as requested. Candidates previously qualified by EDF Renouvelables on the onshore qualification system and having already provided the required documentation above do not need to resubmit it UNLESS it did not covered the offshore business unit.

Description: Candidates shall provide a description of qualification and experience of subcontractors (or potential sub-contractors) to whom major parts of the works or the services are going to be subcontracted. If candidates plans to subcontract part of the future service, the candidate shall provide a list of the services he plans to subcontract for information. Candidates previously qualified by EDF Renouvelables on the onshore qualification system and having already provided the above required documentation do not need to resubmit it UNLESS it did not covered the offshore business unit.

Description: Candidates shall demonstrate through documentation having implemented and maintained a quality management system according to the standard EN ISO 9001 or other equivalent system of quality management. Candidates shall provide if available any ISO certificates (or equivalent). Candidates previously qualified by EDF Renouvelables on the onshore qualification system and having already provided the above required documentation do not need to resubmit it UNLESS it did not covered the offshore business unit.
Critère: Qualifications éducatives et professionnelles pertinentes
Description: Candidates shall demonstrate through documentation having implemented and maintained a health and safety management system according to ISO 45001 or other equivalent system. The candidate shall provide if available any ISO certificates (or equivalent). Candidates previously qualified by EDF Renouvelables on the onshore qualification system and having already provided the above required documentation do not need to resubmit it UNLESS it did not covered the offshore business unit.
Critère: Qualifications éducatives et professionnelles pertinentes
Description: Technical Eligibility criteria : Candidates shall provide documentary evidence for all the following: - It has a grid connected capacity of at least 1GW in offshore wind - It has a pipeline of at least 1GW for offshore wind turbines of 12MW nameplate or above - References list of offshore wind projects installed with details on the type of turbine (technology, model), rating power, project size, date of commissioning, country of installation) - References list of offshore wind projects where the candidates have the responsibility for the maintenance and availability of the turbines (in charge of O&M) - Documentary evidence that candidates perform in its wholly owned factories as a minimum the nacelle assembly - It has at least two (2) offshore wind turbines which obtained Type Certificate delivered by and independent organization according to the IEC 61400-22 norm and/or IECRE OD 501. Need to provide the Type Certificates. Candidate shall demonstrates through documentary evidence that for turbines from 14MW and above: - it supplies WTG including mechanical, electrical control and protection systems - it has local control and operation of the WTGs - it has all equipment for signal exchange of the remote control system - it has testing and commissioning capabilities - it has maintenance and servicing capabilities - it has solutions for spares availability for at least 25 years - it can also perform transportation and installation - it can propose operation, supervision and servicing - it can provide training for customer's personnel on operation and maintenance - it can provide power curve and thrust curve Candidates having already provided the above required documentation to the Contracting entity for any of its projects or its affiliates projects do not need to resubmit it for the qualification purpose.

Description: Candidates shall provide: 1) an extract from the registration in the Trade and Companies Register (Registration form) dated less than 3 months before the deadline or a certificate of deposit of the declaration filled at a business registration center for legal or natural persons in the course of being registered 2) a document stating Tenderer’s identity and address or, where applicable, details of his representative in Europe if available.
