CdE - European Heritage Days Website Maintenance, Development, and Hosting
The Council of Europe announces a call for tenders for the maintenance, development, and hosting of the European Heritage Days website (www.europeanheritagedays.com). This initiative, held annually from August to November, celebrates the rich cultural tapestry of Europe through around tens of thousands of events in 48 European countries, attracting up to 20 million visitors.
The selected contractor will be responsible for the maintenance, development, and hosting of the European Heritage Days website. Key aspects of the project include:
Maintenance: Regular updates, bug fixes, and technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the website.
Development: Enhancements and improvements to the website's features, user interface, and overall user experience.
Hosting: Reliable and secure hosting services to accommodate the current traffic and potential future growth of the website.
Section III: Renseignements d’ordre juridique, économique, financier et technique
The procurement for the contract will be conducted in accordance with the CoE procedures as set out in tender documents and applicable internal legal instruments of the CoE, in particular Rule No. 1395 of 20 June 2019 on the procurement procedures of the CoE. No other procurement procedures will apply. These documents may be downloaded on the website of the CoE https://search.coe.int/intranet/Pages/result_details.aspx?ObjectId=090000168094853e . In submitting this form, the Council of Europe does not waive the privileges and immunities granted to it by virtue of the General Agreement on Privileges and Immunities of the Council of Europe and its Protocols, and in particular Article 21 - Disputes - of the General Agreement.
